We want all our customers to enjoy a one-of-a-kind product that is exclusively made for them and we handle returns or refunds in the same individualistic manner. Fusion Flasks, at its discretion, offers a full/partial refund, or replacement for any manufacturing defects that may exist in a product. If your inquiry involves an issue other than a manufacturing defect, we are happy to review your claim for potential refunds or replacements.

Claim Process

It’s as easy as sending us a message here or at customercare@fusionflasks.com regarding your issue. Generally, all return claims need to be supported with photographs and/or video evidence for Fusion Flasks to review. 

Exclusions to the Refund Policy

This policy does not cover issues related, but not limited to normal wear and tear, misuse of the product in any way, accidental damage or misapplication, improper maintenance, etc.

Do not put your flask or flask parts in the microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc. hand wash only. Do not expose your flask to harsh chemicals or leave water residue on the surfaces, all stainless steel products should be cleaned and left to dry after usage. See more about proper flask care here.

Manufacturing Defects

Defined as defects preventing function of the flask caused by or directly related to manufacturing processes: Leaks, dysfunctional mechanical parts, damaged threads preventing proper threading of cap, grossly misaligned parts preventing proper function, etc.
